About Me
Hi! My name is Julia Rayfiel. After I had my first baby, I thought I could handle the sleep deprivation just like I had in college. But this was different. Days stretched into weeks, which blurred into months. I quickly realized that I was drowning. My mental health plummeted, and I was becoming a shell of the mom I wanted to be. So I jumped into research mode and learned everything I could about sleep training. In the following weeks, I taught my baby how to fall asleep and stay asleep independently. The first morning that I woke up from a full night's sleep, was the moment I knew everything would be ok. Motherhood became a bright, joyous time for me. It changed absolutely everything. I went on to have two more babies, and successfully sleep trained them too.
Now I help other families solve their sleep problems, and I absolutely love what I do! I’ve worked with children from newborns to toddlers, and I know how to troubleshoot any problems that may come up. I will work closely with you to understand your child’s specific needs and pick a sleep training method that best fits your family. Throughout the process, I’ll be right there to guide you so you never feel alone.
My philosophy is that sleep is incredibly important—for both parents and children—and it’s a skill that can be taught lovingly and with plenty of reassurance along the way. I can't wait to help you get your sleep and your sanity back!
